Terms & Conditions – Jazz Drive EasyPaisa Subscription

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, forming a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Jazz Drive, in partnership with EasyPaisa and its authorized partners ("we", "our", "us").

We may update or modify these Terms periodically to reflect service improvements or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be communicated in advance where applicable, and continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Access

The Service is available to users in Pakistan who subscribe through the EasyPaisa payment gateway.

Users must have a valid EasyPaisa-enabled payment method to subscribe and access the Service. No specific mobile network or SIM is required, provided the user has a valid EasyPaisa account or payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that all subscription details are accurate and that your device and EasyPaisa account or wallet status allow uninterrupted service access.

3. Subscription, Trial & Charging

By subscribing through EasyPaisa, you agree to the applicable subscription plan and recurring billing terms.

• The subscription fee is PKR 300 per month.
• An initial charge of PKR 1 may be processed at the time of subscription as a trial or account-linking charge.
• Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, the applicable monthly subscription fee of PKR 300 will be charged subsequently through EasyPaisa.
• After the trial period, the Service will renew automatically every month and PKR 300 will be charged on each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.

Subscription payments and recurring charges are processed through EasyPaisa and its authorized payment partners. We do not store your EasyPaisa PIN, password, or wallet authentication credentials.

4. Validity & Auto-Renewal

Monthly Package: The paid subscription is valid for 30 days from the applicable activation or billing date.

Following the trial period, subscriptions automatically renew every month if sufficient funds are available in the EasyPaisa account or linked payment method.

If sufficient funds are not available, the renewal may fail and access may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the Service terms.

5. Unsubscription & Cancellation

You may cancel your Jazz Drive subscription through the EasyPaisa application.

Cancellation during the trial period will prevent the subsequent PKR 300 monthly charge.

Cancellation after the trial period will stop future recurring renewals. Charges already successfully processed are not refundable except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified billing errors.

Once a cancellation is successfully processed, access to the Service may continue until the end of the applicable paid billing period, where supported by the Service.

6. Service Use & Responsibility

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• You agree to use the Service solely for personal and lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds and a valid payment method in your EasyPaisa account for recurring charges.
• You must not misuse, copy, modify, or redistribute any Service content.

7. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are securely processed through EasyPaisa and its authorized payment partners.

The PKR 1 trial charge and subsequent subscription charges are subject to the applicable EasyPaisa payment terms.

Subscription charges are non-refundable once successfully processed, except in cases of verified billing errors, duplicate charges, or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

If you experience a billing issue or duplicate charge, you may contact customer support for assistance.

8. Intellectual Property

All Jazz Drive content, including videos, graphics, lessons, and design elements, is owned or licensed by Jazz Drive.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to access content for personal use only.

9. Service Updates & Changes

We may occasionally enhance or modify features, pricing, subscription plans, or other aspects of the Service to improve the user experience.

Any significant updates will be communicated through SMS, in-app notifications, the Service, or official EasyPaisa communication channels, where applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, payment processing issues, or other third-party dependencies.

Neither Jazz Drive nor EasyPaisa shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably between the user and Jazz Drive or EasyPaisa support teams.
