By creating an account or using our Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Policy, including subscription and billing information where applicable.

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or new Service features. Updated versions will be made available through our platform, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

2. Information We Collect and Why

We collect only the information necessary to provide a safe, personalized, and enjoyable experience.

Personal Information

Account Details – Name, mobile number, or email address used for registration and verification.

Payment & Subscription Information (EasyPaisa)

When you subscribe via EasyPaisa, we may collect and process your mobile number (MSISDN), EasyPaisa transaction details, subscription status, billing cycle information, and recurring payment authorization status.

An initial PKR 1 transaction may be processed through EasyPaisa as a trial or account-linking charge. If you do not cancel during the applicable trial period, the PKR 300 monthly subscription fee may subsequently be charged.

Payments are processed securely through EasyPaisa and authorized payment partners. Jazz Drive does not store sensitive payment credentials such as EasyPaisa PINs, passwords, or wallet authentication details.

Technical and Usage Information

Device Data – Device type, operating system, network information, and app version.

Usage Logs – Anonymous activity information, viewing time, timestamps, and error reports used to improve performance and troubleshoot issues.

Optional Information

Feedback, surveys, or other voluntary information you provide to help us improve the Service.

We use this information to:

• Provide and improve the Service experience.
• Manage subscriptions and recurring billing.
• Process payments through EasyPaisa.
• Provide customer support.
• Ensure compliance with PTA regulations and applicable privacy laws.

3. Subscription and Recurring Billing

By subscribing to Jazz Drive through EasyPaisa, you expressly authorize Jazz Drive, EasyPaisa, and authorized payment partners to process applicable subscription payments from your EasyPaisa account or authorized payment method.

• An initial PKR 1 charge may be processed as a trial or account-linking charge.
• Unless you cancel during the applicable trial period, the Service will subsequently be billed at PKR 300 per month.
• Your subscription automatically renews every month after the trial period unless you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription through the EasyPaisa application.
• Cancellation during the trial period will prevent the subsequent PKR 300 subscription charge.
• After the trial period, cancellation will stop future recurring charges, subject to the applicable billing cycle.
• Recurring charges will continue until your subscription is cancelled.

4. App Permissions

Certain features may require limited permissions to function correctly.

• SMS Access – Used for OTP verification.
• Storage Access – Used for downloading or saving content.
• Internet Access – Required for streaming and synchronizing content.

All permissions are used only for their intended purposes and can be managed through your device settings.

5. Cookies and Third-Party Services

Jazz Drive may use trusted third-party services such as analytics providers, hosting platforms, and EasyPaisa billing systems to operate and improve the Service.

These providers may use cookies or anonymous identifiers to analyze usage trends and support subscription management. All third-party providers are required to handle information in accordance with applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations.

6. Data Protection and Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously improve our technical and organizational security measures.

7. Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as race, religion, political opinions, or health information. Please avoid sharing such information through the Service.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

• Access and update your account information.
• Cancel your subscription, including recurring EasyPaisa billing, at any time through the EasyPaisa application.
• Request deletion of your account.
• Request clarification regarding how your data is used.

We aim to respond promptly to all privacy-related requests.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, manage subscriptions and billing, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only where necessary to provide and operate the Service, including:

• EasyPaisa and authorized payment partners for payment processing, subscription management, and recurring billing.
• Trusted service providers such as hosting, analytics, OTP, and technical support providers.
• Government authorities or regulators where disclosure is required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
• Other parties where necessary to protect the security, rights, or property of Jazz Drive, its users, or the public.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and is intended to comply with applicable Pakistani laws, regulations, and PTA requirements.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including EasyPaisa and other service providers. We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the applicable privacy policies of those services.
